Read This First \u2014 Battery Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your device won\u2019t power on, the battery may be installed incorrectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please make sure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>CR1632 battery negative (-) side faces down<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert the battery at an angle into the holder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avoid touching the positive contact tab<\/strong> on the side of the battery holder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer to the rear-side photo shown above for the correct installation method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re still unsure how to install the battery, you can watch my video tutorial on Douyin (TikTok China):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Douyin ID:<\/strong> 621163699<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Unboxing Checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you have at least:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One <strong>morse TWO<\/strong> device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>CR1632 battery<\/strong>, or a unit with the battery already installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>USB cable<\/strong> for firmware updates and debugging (if your version includes a USB port)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. First Power-On<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Turn on the power switch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the LED startup animation to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After startup, the device automatically enters <strong>Local Practice Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, <strong>morse TWO does not enable wireless communication and will not automatically connect to a phone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Send Your First Letter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try sending <strong>E<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press the button briefly once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release the button and wait for decoding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The LED should display <strong>E<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Try sending <strong>T<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press and hold the button once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release the button and wait for decoding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The LED should display <strong>T<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Adjusting Speed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within <strong>5 seconds after powering on<\/strong>, enter one of the following commands:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Command<\/th><th>Speed<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>TT<\/td><td>Turtle (Slowest)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>LL<\/td><td>Low<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>MM<\/td><td>Medium<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>HH<\/td><td>High (Default)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>UU<\/td><td>Ultra (Fastest)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For beginners, <strong>TT<\/strong> or <strong>LL<\/strong> is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Mute Mode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To disable the buzzer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power the device off and back on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 5 seconds after startup, enter:BB<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>B<\/strong> indicator will light up, confirming that mute mode has been toggled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter <strong>BB<\/strong> again to restore sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Communicating Between Two Devices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have two morse TWO units:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power-cycle both devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 5 seconds after startup, enter:DD<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">on both units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send a letter from either device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The other device should display and play back the received letter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return to Local Practice Mode, simply power-cycle the devices again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Phone Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To modify settings from a smartphone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power-cycle the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 5 seconds after startup, enter:WW<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>nRF Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morse Config 1.00<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect and open the <strong>FFE0<\/strong> service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Common parameters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Characteristic<\/th><th>Function<\/th><th>Value<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>FFE1<\/td><td>Mute<\/td><td>00 = Off, 01 = On<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FFE2<\/td><td>Speed Level<\/td><td>00\u201304<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FFE3<\/td><td>Letter Gap<\/td><td>03 or 06<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FFE4<\/td><td>Factory Reset<\/td><td>A5<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. OTA Firmware Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To update firmware:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Power-cycle the device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 5 seconds after startup, enter:<strong>OO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the <strong>O<\/strong> indicator starts blinking, the device enters <strong>IAP mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During IAP mode, the <strong>O<\/strong> indicator continues blinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>WCH OTA Tool<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the application firmware:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>obj\/morse_two.hex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start the update.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Power Saving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Local Practice Mode, <strong>morse TWO automatically enters low-power mode after the display operation is complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Press the button again to wake the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For extended storage or long periods of inactivity, it is still recommended to turn off the hardware power switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>0.
