Non-Contact Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor Module (DS1603 Series)
The DS1603 Series Non-Contact Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor provides high-precision, non-invasive liquid depth detection without drilling holes or altering your container structure. Mounted directly to the bottom or outer wall of the vessel, it emits ultrasonic pulses through the container material to accurately measure real-time liquid levels.
Equipped with built-in temperature compensation, it automatically adjusts measurement values according to environmental changes, making it an ideal choice for smart home automation, water tank level monitoring, and industrial liquid management.

⚠️ Critical Operating & Tank Compatibility Requirements
To ensure reliable ultrasound penetration and accurate measurements, please verify that your application meets all of the following conditions prior to installation:
- Container Material & Thickness: Must be an integrated/seamless metal container wall with a thickness between 0.5 mm and 5.0 mm.
- Surface Condition: The probe mounting area on the container wall must be free of paint, rust, coating, or heavy oxide layers (clean metal surface required).
- Container Size / Pipe Diameter:
- For tanks/containers: Outer diameter must not exceed 2 meters.
- For pipes: Outer diameter must be larger than 15 cm.
- Liquid Purity: The measured liquid should be clear with low impurity/sediment levels to prevent sound wave scattering.
- Internal Obstructions: The interior acoustic path must be unobstructed (hollow) and contain liquid only (no internal baffles, mixers, or bubbles).
- Operating Temperature: Maximum liquid/vessel temperature must not exceed 60°C (140°F).
