The PPK-Y26S is a capacitive liquid level switch for detecting conductive liquid from outside a non-metallic pipe or container. Its external sensing pad avoids direct contact with the liquid, while an adjustment screw lets you tune sensitivity for the installation.
Choose the configuration that matches your power supply and controller: V high/low-level output at DC 5-24V, NPN at DC 5-12V or DC 24V, or PNP at DC 5-12V or DC 24V. The two 24V switching versions are separate options, not a claim that the low-voltage versions accept 24V.
Detection depends on the liquid, wall material, wall thickness and pipe diameter. The supplier lists up to 20 mm wall sensing for pipes with an outside diameter of at least 100 mm; this is not a universal rating for small pipes. Test the sensor in the intended installation before use.
The supplier lists the high output level as VIN and the low level as 0V. Match signal voltage to your controller; do not assume direct 3.3V logic compatibility. The V version is a signal output and is not intended to drive relay coils or PLC loads directly.
